Hair Loss

Buddy has begun to lose fur once more. In the same spot as before. Only this time, I don't know why! He's still on TOTW pacific stream formula. Coupled with the weight loss, I'm getting very worried. My vet is on vacation and I don't have another regular one, so I'm probably just going to have to take a stab in the dark and hope I end up with a good one.
